Should you need to exchange or return something you have purchased from, you have fifteen (15) days to exchange and return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund of the product. In cases where a product is defective, damaged during shipping, just ship it back and we will send you a replacement or provide you with a full credit.  Please be prepared to provide with the order number from your online order when you email us. Note that we do not accept returns on customized products and sale clearance items; with the exception of product defects.

Defective product warranty policy on is 60 days from date of purchase. Product warranty only applies to original purchase and does not extend to replacement items. Most products sold through come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact manufacturer directly for more information regarding their defective product warranty policy.

Before returning a product, please follow the instructions below for the product return procedure:

Please repack the goods securely using a trustworthy packaging and properly label it with ship to and return address. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office or shipping company and obtain proof of postage/shipping. Please allow 1 week after we receive your package for your full refund or exchange to be processed. Allow a billing cycle for any credit to appear on your statement. Please retain your proof of shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost of goods in transit.
